This live usability testing took place at the CMS Expo, Usability Testing Workshop.
Task: Find an activity
Scenario: It's a rainy day, you want to do something with your children. Find an activity at the museum
Usability Testing Notes:
- Can't find activities, just events
- Doesn't know if she can show up or needs to sign up
- Doesn't know the price
- She can't find any details signing up or price
- Found the price, still can't tell if she needs to sign up
