Usability Test Video

Issues:

1. Customer can't figure out what the site is about without scrolling
2. After scrolling he understands it's a "digital agency"
3. Thinks one of the images is a "confused client"
4. Can't understand the cell phone image and how it relates to what they do
5. Can't see the contact us form
6. Clicks on the submit button without filling out the form, because he doesn't understand that the form is where the labels are

Recommendations:

1. State clearly "above the fold" what they do
2. Choose better images
3. Simplify contact us form, place form on the left, with a light background, labest outside the text boxes
