Celebrate Recovery Northwest Church Usability Testing

This test was a part of the Usability Testing Workshop I conducted on Joomla Day West, where I thought participants how to facilitate a usability testing. Task: to find the location of the church, referred to as "CR"

Issues:

1. Logo should have the name of the church bigger than the slogan
2. Too much information, too many drop down menus
3. Contact us page doesn't contain the location
4. Tester keeps clicking on a link to a different site in the hopes of finding the location
5. The email specified doesn't indicate who is the person behind it

Task was not accomplished, tester couldn't find the location of this church.

Recommendations:

1. Add the location of the church on the contact us page
2. Simplify the content and the minimize the menu items
3. Add the domain somewhere in the logo, I wasn't able to find he site again after the test
