Ashley Borden  is a famous fitness trainer. Sponsored by Nike, her clients include top Hollywood celebrities. Her site however does not reflect the level of her professionalism and contains some fundamental mistakes:

1.  The site lacks a description meta tag. Without a description meta tag, Google doesn't know what to display as a site description, especially on pages with no other content.
2. The site lacks keyword meta tags. Keyword meta tags might not be as important as they used to be, but they should still be included.
3. Styles are inside the code. The style and HTML code should be separated, with the style placed on a different file which is called from the code.
   These are all fundamental errors, so I say "Fire the webmaster!" Or maybe buy them a better training manual.
   
4. No keywords inside the title meta tag. The title meta tag is the most important thing when it comes to SEO and should contain the keywords that you'd like people to find you by. Not having any keywords in the title meta tag, especially on the home page, is unforgivable.

These are all fundamental errors, so I say "Fire the webmaster!" Or maybe buy them a better training manual.
